1988 – An engineer. 1991 – A junior researcher. 1997 – A senior researcher. 2003 to present time – the leading researcher, Laboratory of Alkanotrophic Microorganisms, Institute of Ecology and Genetics of Microorganisms, Ural Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences (UB RAS).
2005 - A reader, Chair of Microbiology and Immunology, Perm State University.
1997 – PhD. Antibiotic Sensitivity of Alkanotrophic Rhodococci and Possible Ways of Formation of Non-specific Antibiotic Resistance.
2006 - The doctoral thesis. Biosurfactants of the Genus Rhodococcus Actinobacteria: Induced Properties and Applications.
