Biography:
2004 – Graduated with honors from the Biology Faculty, Perm State University. Master’s Degree. Functional characteristics of Rhodococcus biosurfactants.
2004 - PhD student (Microbiology). Institute of Ecology and Genetics of Microorganisms, Ural Branch, Russian Academy of Sciences. Scientific supervisor: Prof. Ivshina I.B., corresponding member to the Russian Academy of Sciences.
2010 – Defended PhD thesis. Accumulation of heavy metal salts by actinobacteria, and immobilization and recovery of heavy metals using Rhodococcus biosurfactants. Scientific supervisor: Prof. Ivshina I.B., corresponding member to the Russian Academy of Sciences.

Actinobacteria, bioremediation, biosurfactants, heavy metals.
